These terms and conditions apply to all use of fmx vd platform services. By accessing fmxvd.net or the mobile app, or by creating an account, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. The Bengali version is provided for the convenience of Bangladeshi Members and is intended to accurately reflect the original terms.

Fmx vd reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Logging in after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering with fmx vd. Accounts created using false information will be terminated and any balance may be forfeited.

One person, one account: Each member may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Wagering Requirement: Once a bonus is received, the funds must be wagered a set number of times (typically 10x to 30x) before any withdrawal can be made.

• Cashback Bonus: Applicable on genuine game losses only
• Referral bonus: paid out only after both parties have successfully registered and made a deposit

Fmx vd is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Colluding fraudulently with other members
• Abusive behavior or threats toward support staff

Fmx vd services are provided on an "as is" basis. We are committed to delivering the highest quality experience, but our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

Fmx vd shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Fmx vd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances.

• In the Event of a Terms Violation
• If Fraud or Suspicious Activity Is Detected
• If registration is completed using false information
• Upon evidence of the user being underage
• Upon receiving a self-exclusion request
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of the request will be returned via your payment method; however, any bonus funds will be forfeited.
